WARRANTY INFORMATION

Manufacturer defect and shipping damage warranty only.

All Moegneto Audio Amplifiers and Subwoofer are covered by a 1-Year limited manufacturer defect warranty and a 15 day refund policy. Moegneto Audio does not cover user install errors in any way. If subwoofer is blown and burnt such as an unwound coil, burnt black coil, burnt tinsel leads it is not covered. 

If you burn the amplfier’s MOSFET(s) or burn the amplifier’s board, this is from either improper voltage, improper wiring, or playing while clipping. NO EXCEPTIONS. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of specification, or any product that has been modified or repaired by anyone other than Moegneto Audio. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the amplifier. Amplifier must be in new condition with box, manual, remote etc in good condition.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your amplifier back to us for warranty examination. If your amplifier is covered under warranty shipping back to you will be no charge – if your amplifier is replaced/repaired outside of warranty or if no defect is found and your product must be returned to you, then shipping will be billed to you.

At the sole discretion of Moegneto Audio, your Amplifier or Subwoofer will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered under warranty. In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Moegneto Audio, the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement.
